Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Delight
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water/milk of your choice
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 apple, chopped into little cubes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Additional apple pieces for topping
- 1 @roobar_raw hemp bar (optional)
Preparation
In a pan, combine the whole grain rolled oats, water/milk, and a pinch of salt.
Add the chopped apple cubes to the pan.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and the oats are cooked.
Stir in the cinnamon, ensuring it's well mixed.
Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl.
Top the oatmeal with additional apple pieces and crumble the hemp bar on top (if using).
