Banana & Jam Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • Banana slices
  • Cookie
  • Jam

Preparation

  1. In a pan, combine the whole grain rolled oats, water/milk, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid is absorbed and the oats are cooked to your desired consistency.

  3. Once cooked, remove the pan from the heat.

  4. Stir in the cinnamon and half of the mashed banana.

  5. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.

  6. Top the oatmeal with the remaining banana slices, a cookie, and a dollop of jam.
