Apple & Berry White Choc Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 50 g fine oats
  • 10 g flax seeds
  • 300 ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Apple slices
  • Raspberries
  • Melty white chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the fine oats and flax seeds.

  2. Add 300 ml of water or milk of your choice to the bowl.

  3. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt for flavor.

  4. Mix the ingredients well and place the bowl in the microwave.

  5. Microwave the mixture until all the liquid is absorbed and the oats are cooked. This might take a few minutes, so keep an eye on it to avoid overflowing.

  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the bowl from the microwave.

  7. Stir in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to enhance the flavor.

  8. Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a serving bowl.

  9. Arrange apple slices and raspberries on top of the oatmeal.

  10. Drizzle melty white chocolate over the fruit and oatmeal.
