Bright Sunshine Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup almond milk, divided
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp @unicornsuperfoods immunity blend
- 1/3 mashed banana
Preparation
Combine quick oats, water, and half of the almond milk in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until oatmeal is creamy and cooked, about 5 minutes.
Stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, immunity blend, and mashed banana.
Top with fruit.
