Bright Sunshine Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, divided
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp @unicornsuperfoods immunity blend
  • 1/3 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Combine quick oats, water, and half of the almond milk in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer until oatmeal is creamy and cooked, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, immunity blend, and mashed banana.

  4. Top with fruit.
