Simple Overnight Oats for Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 date
- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients except banana to a Tupperware container.
Stir to combine and allow to sit overnight.
Remove from fridge and add mashed banana.
Then top with fruit and nut butter.
So tasty!
