Simple Overnight Oats for Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except banana to a Tupperware container.

  2. Stir to combine and allow to sit overnight.

  3. Remove from fridge and add mashed banana.

  4. Then top with fruit and nut butter.

  5. So tasty!
