Ginger Vanilla Oats with Spices and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of ginger
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top as desired.
