Overnight Oats with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana together and set overnight in the fridge.

  2. You can leave it in a bowl or place in a Tupperware container for portability.

  3. When ready to serve, add mashed banana.

  4. Top with your favorite fruit and eat it.
