Overnight Oats with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1 banana
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of allspice
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except banana together and set overnight in the fridge.
You can leave it in a bowl or place in a Tupperware container for portability.
When ready to serve, add mashed banana.
Top with your favorite fruit and eat it.
