Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • simple cinnamon overnight oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (i used almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except for banana together and set overnight in the fridge

  2. Whenever you are ready to serve in the morning, mash a banana into it and top with your favorite fruit and eat it

  3. Toppings today include local blueberries, strawberries, leftover banana slices, the sweetest mango, matcha and hemp seeds
