Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- simple cinnamon overnight oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (i used almond milk)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except for banana together and set overnight in the fridge
Whenever you are ready to serve in the morning, mash a banana into it and top with your favorite fruit and eat it
Toppings today include local blueberries, strawberries, leftover banana slices, the sweetest mango, matcha and hemp seeds
