Cinnamon and Cardamom Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 mashed medjool date
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (I used almond milk)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together and set overnight in the fridge.

  2. You can leave it in a bowl, place in Tupperware container or do whatever fancy thing you like to do with your oats.

  3. Whenever you are ready to serve just top with your favorite fruit and eat it.

  4. If you want it even sweeter feel free to add some mashed banana to this too.

  5. Toppings today include local raspberries, blueberries, the sweetest mango, matcha and hemp seeds.
