Coconut Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds/ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- pinch cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Preparation
Add ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow to thicken for about 5 minutes while stirring and then serve as desired
My bowl has blueberries, mulberries, golden berries, persimmon, pepitas, peanut butter, and hemp hearts
