Cardamom Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow mixture to thicken for at least 3 minutes before removing from heat.

  3. Pour into bowl and top as desired.

  4. Today’s combo includes mango, kiwi, and banana.
