Cardamom Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt to taste
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow mixture to thicken for at least 3 minutes before removing from heat.
Pour into bowl and top as desired.
