Simple Quick Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 banana
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Stir as it cooks and thickens for about 3 minutes.
Serve as desired. I topped my bowl with some extra nibs and a seed/grain mix I found at Trader Joe’s.
