Simple Quick Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir as it cooks and thickens for about 3 minutes.

  3. Serve as desired. I topped my bowl with some extra nibs and a seed/grain mix I found at Trader Joe’s.
