Ginger Infused Oatmeal with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1 sliced up banana
- 1 cup of almond milk
Preparation
Mix all together in a sauce pan and heat up to simmer.
