Easy Vanilla Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir as it cooks until it starts to thicken, about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and prepare to serve along with fresh berries.
