Ginger Flavored Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 banana
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook while stirring for about 3 minutes.
Remove from the stove top.
Serve as desired, for example with kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, and a little peanut butter.
