Ginger Flavored Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook while stirring for about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from the stove top.

  4. Serve as desired, for example with kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, and a little peanut butter.
