Vanilla Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick steel cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Slice the banana

  2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  3. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.

  4. Serve as desired.
