Simple Banana Cinnamon Oats with Berries
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick Steel Cut oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana mashed or sliced up into your oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Bring ingredients to a simmer on the stove top and allow to cook and thicken for about 3 minutes.
Remove from stove top and top as desired.
