Simple Banana Cinnamon Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick Steel Cut oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana mashed or sliced up into your oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Bring ingredients to a simmer on the stove top and allow to cook and thicken for about 3 minutes.

  2. Remove from stove top and top as desired.
