Combo of Shredded Zucchini in Your Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (quick oats or rolled work)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 medium zucchini, grated
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer

  2. Allow to cook and stir for 3 minutes and remove from stove top

  3. Top with fruits as desired

  4. I had the most delicious pluot today and added some blueberries and blackberries around it

  5. Also there in some pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds because I’m extra
