Combo of Shredded Zucchini in Your Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (quick oats or rolled work)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 medium zucchini, grated
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer
Allow to cook and stir for 3 minutes and remove from stove top
Top with fruits as desired
I had the most delicious pluot today and added some blueberries and blackberries around it
Also there in some pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds because I’m extra
