Cardamom Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1 mashed banana
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add in all ingredients except for the banana and salt.
Bring everything to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in banana and salt to taste.
Stir to combine and serve topped with whatever you prefer.
