Cardamom Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add in all ingredients except for the banana and salt.

  2. Bring everything to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in banana and salt to taste.

  4. Stir to combine and serve topped with whatever you prefer.
