Cinnamon Cardamom Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- optional: mix mashed banana or sweetener of preference to sweeten things up
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow to cook and thicken for 3 minutes and pour into bowl to serve
Special toppings for this bowl include kiwi, blueberries, pepitas, hemp seeds and unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
