Chocolate Topped with Roasted Hazelnuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp roasted hazelnuts for topping
Preparation
Bring all ingredients except hazelnuts to a simmer in a sauce pan
Allow to cook for 3 minutes while stirring
Oats should thicken and become creamy as they cook
Chop roasted hazelnuts and garnish overtop
Add additional toppings as desired
