Easy Vegan French Toast Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1/2 mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir together.
Bring mixture to a simmer on the stovetop and allow to cook and thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from stovetop and pour into serving bowl.
Add desired toppings and enjoy.
