Easy Vegan French Toast Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • thickly sliced slightly stale ciabatta bread

Preparation

  1. Mix the non-dairy milk, maple syrup, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, and salt to create the liquid mixture.

  2. Dip both sides of the bread slices in the liquid mix.

  3. Fry in a pan until golden and crispy.

  4. Serve with dairy-free vanilla ice cream, berries, icing sugar, and maple syrup.
