Easy Vegan French Toast Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- thickly sliced slightly stale ciabatta bread
Preparation
Mix the non-dairy milk, maple syrup, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, and salt to create the liquid mixture.
Dip both sides of the bread slices in the liquid mix.
Fry in a pan until golden and crispy.
Serve with dairy-free vanilla ice cream, berries, icing sugar, and maple syrup.
