No-Bake Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
Preparation
Microwave the peanut butter and maple syrup in a large bowl for about 20-30 sec
Remove from microwave and stir well then add rest of the ingredients and mix until fully combined
Place in pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Next time i'm going to add shredded coconut and chocolate because you know i'm on that almond joy kick (yes that overnight oats recipe is coming soon!)
