No-Bake Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats

Preparation

  1. Microwave the peanut butter and maple syrup in a large bowl for about 20-30 sec

  2. Remove from microwave and stir well then add rest of the ingredients and mix until fully combined

  3. Place in pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour

  4. Next time i'm going to add shredded coconut and chocolate because you know i'm on that almond joy kick (yes that overnight oats recipe is coming soon!)
