Chai Tea Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (feel free to use more as desired)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tea chai tea bag
- splash of vanilla (optional)
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Add oats, milk, chia seeds and vanilla in a sauce pan and stir together
Add tea bag and bring oats up to a low simmer
Allow to cook and thicken for about 5-8 minutes
Remove tea bag and squeeze any excess into the pot then discard
Add a pinch of salt and stir oats to combine
Serve and enjoy
