Comfy Easy Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- Topped
- mango
- blueberries
- blackberries
- banana
- matcha
- hemp hearts
Preparation
Add oats, chia seeds, banana slices, and almond milk to a sauce pan
Bring the sauce pan to a simmer and then stir as it cooks and thickens
I stir frequently as it cooks to help keep the oats creamy and prevent sticking at the bottom of the pan
Should cook up in 5 minutes from the point it starts to simmer
This will make your oat consistency really creamy
