Comfy Easy Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Topped
  • mango
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • banana
  • matcha
  • hemp hearts

Preparation

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, banana slices, and almond milk to a sauce pan

  2. Bring the sauce pan to a simmer and then stir as it cooks and thickens

  3. I stir frequently as it cooks to help keep the oats creamy and prevent sticking at the bottom of the pan

  4. Should cook up in 5 minutes from the point it starts to simmer

  5. This will make your oat consistency really creamy
