Healthy Homemade Granola with Wonder Berries

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 4 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°f

  2. Then line the baking sheet with butter paper

  3. Chuck all the ingredients into a large bowl

  4. Mix & stir the bowl before spreading granola on the sheet

  5. Bake for 15-20 mins (or until golden brown)

  6. Let the granola cool before transferring it into an airtight container

  7. Sprinkle some chocolate chips & goji berries when you serve it

  8. Tip: baking time might differ due to your oven heat, so keep an eye on the mix
