Tahini Maple Banana Granola

Ingredients

  • 5 cups oats⁣
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped⁣
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut⁣
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped⁣
  • 1/2 cup tahini⁣
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣
  • 1 banana, mashed⁣
  • 2 tsp cinnamon⁣
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁣

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees

  2. Stir together the oats, almonds, coconut, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt

  3. Combine the tahini, banana and syrup together until evenly combined

  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry and mix to combine

  5. Spread on a baking sheet with parchment and bake for 20 minutes, stirring up the mixture on the pan half way

  6. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container
