Coconut Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 mashed medjool date
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Stir well and allow to thicken and cook for 3-5 minutes
Remove from stove top and serve topped with fruit
I went with banana, golden berries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, hemp seeds, and pepitas
