Healthy Vegan Cinnamon Cardamom Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional: mashed banana or sweetener of choice
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken for 3 minutes.
Pour into a bowl to serve.
Top with kiwi, blueberries, pepitas, hemp seeds, and unsweetened shredded coconut flakes.
