Healthy Vegan Cinnamon Cardamom Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional: mashed banana or sweetener of choice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook and thicken for 3 minutes.

  3. Pour into a bowl to serve.

  4. Top with kiwi, blueberries, pepitas, hemp seeds, and unsweetened shredded coconut flakes.
