Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 mashed banana
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow to cook and thicken for a few minutes (about 3), and remove from stove top
Pour into bowl and top as desired
Toppings for this bowl include raspberries, blackberries, golden berries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and banana
