Simple Quick Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan bring to a simmer
Allow oats to cook for 1-3 minutes or until thickened
Serve in a bowl along with all of your favorite fruit
