Simple Quick Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch cardamom
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan bring to a simmer

  2. Allow oats to cook for 1-3 minutes or until thickened

  3. Serve in a bowl along with all of your favorite fruit
