Creamy Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt ?

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer

  2. Allow to cook for about 3 minutes and remove from heat to thicken

  3. Adjust seasonings as desired and pour into a bowl once thickened to your desired level
