Coconut Oats Made with Almond Milk and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch cardamom
- 1-2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve as desired, optionally topped with cherries, banana, a mix of seeds, blueberries, and matcha.
