Simple Ginger Oatmeal for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 date mashed (optional)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook and stir for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Serve with preferred toppings.
