Simple Ginger Oatmeal for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 date mashed (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook and stir for about 3-5 minutes.
Serve with preferred toppings.
