Zucchini Oats with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 small zucchini, grated
- 1 medjool date, diced
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, sliced up or mashed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir while cooking to prevent sticking and cook for 3 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat and prepare to serve.
