Easy Overnight Oats with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 medjool date
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients in a Tupperware container.
Add in medjool date and mash with a fork.
Add in almond milk and stir to combine.
Seal with lid and set in fridge overnight.
Before enjoying for breakfast, fold in mashed banana and adjust almond milk if desired.
Serve with fruit and any other toppings as desired.
