Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ?

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware container except for banana

  2. Mix together and set in fridge overnight

  3. Prior to eating add in mashed banana

  4. Top as desired
