Vanilla Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut beverage
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 mashed banana
  • pinch of salt ?

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat

  2. Stir and allow to thicken for 3-5 minutes or until your preferred thickness/creaminess

  3. Serve immediately
