Vanilla Coconut Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut beverage
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 mashed banana
- pinch of salt ?
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat
Stir and allow to thicken for 3-5 minutes or until your preferred thickness/creaminess
Serve immediately
