Ginger Spiced Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Bring all ingredients to a simmer on the stove top.

  2. Stir and allow to thicken and cook for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Serve and top as desired!
