Ginger Spiced Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Bring all ingredients to a simmer on the stove top.
Stir and allow to thicken and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Serve and top as desired!
