Naturally Sweetened Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 rolled oats
- 1 tsp cacoa nibs
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
In a Tupperware container, add everything except the banana
Mix to properly combine, then close lid and place in fridge overnight
When you are ready to eat, add in mashed banana and stir together
If needed, feel free to add a splash of milk to achieve your desired consistency
I would try avoiding adding the banana overnight as it will oxidize and I find it not as appetizing
