Coconut Oatmeal with Almond Milk and Flax
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick steel cut oats or 1/2 cup regular rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut flakes
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- Optional: sliced banana
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for at least 3-5 minutes or until thickened as desired.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
