Coconut Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

Preparation

  1. Combine in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir until creamy and starts to thicken, about three minutes.

  3. Serve with fruit as desired.
