Coconut Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
Preparation
Combine in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir until creamy and starts to thicken, about three minutes.
Serve with fruit as desired.
