Date and Tahini Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick steel cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring to prevent sticking.

  2. Cook for about 3 minutes then remove from the stove.

  3. Serve with your favorite toppings.
