Date and Tahini Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick steel cut oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 dates
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring to prevent sticking.
Cook for about 3 minutes then remove from the stove.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
