Quick Oats with Dates and Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup hot water
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients prior to adding water.
Stir and allow to sit and thicken.
Feel free to add a little more hot water if you don’t want your oats too thick.
