Quick Oats with Dates and Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients prior to adding water.

  2. Stir and allow to sit and thicken.

  3. Feel free to add a little more hot water if you don’t want your oats too thick.
