Simple Chia Oat Pudding for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp quick oats
  • 2/3 cup oatmilk
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Let the mixture soak for at least 30 minutes or more.

  3. For enhanced flavor, combine with berry chia compote, yogurt, fruits, berries, and granola.
