Apple Pie Chia Pudding with Homemade Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • to make the chia pudding (for 1 serving) i mixed together:
  • 2,5tbsp chia seeds
  • 100ml vanilla soyyoghurt
  • 120ml oatmilk
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • cinnamon fried apple pieces
  • pinch of vanilla
  • pumpkin seeds or walnuts

Preparation

  1. Mix together and place in the fridge

  2. Check on it after 20 minutes and stir if necessary

  3. Once thickened, top with some walnuts, cinnamon fried apple pieces and the homemade cinnamon granola
