Spirulina Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup oatmilk
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup or agave)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Fresh fruit

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Refrigerate overnight to set

  3. Top with fresh fruit before serving
