Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding for Two
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (40g) chia seeds
- 240ml coconut milk or any plant milk
- 1 tbsp sweetener like maple syrup or date sugar
- fresh fruit
- whole grain granola
- soy yogurt
Preparation
In a bowl or jar, mix 4 tbsp chia seeds, 240ml coconut milk, and 1 tbsp sweetener.
Place in the fridge to soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Optionally, add fresh fruit, whole grain granola, and soy yogurt before serving.
