Perfect Pink Pitaya Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup chia seeds
- sweet granadilla
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
Preparation
Add the chia seeds into two mason jars.
Stir in the pink pitaya in one mason jar.
Divide the other ingredients and add them to each jar. Mix them well.
Seal the jars and shake them vigorously for 60 seconds to break down the clumps.
Shake till everything is blended.
Pop it into the fridge to set overnight or for 4 hours.
Serve it in a separate bowl by scooping out the contents to assemble the triple-layered chia pudding.
